You’re an experienced mechanical builder — maybe a Lead Assembler, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or Shop Foreman — who:

As Working Assembly Foreman, you will:

• Assemble livestock feeding equipment
• Lead daily production activity
• Train and mentor shop employees
• Improve assembly processes
• Coordinate with engineering and inventory
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards
• Help define the culture of our production floor

• Strong mechanical assembly experience
• Heavy equipment or machinery manufacturing
• Reading mechanical drawings & bills of materials
• Troubleshooting hydraulic and electro‑mechanical systems
• Leading small production teams
• Experience with ERP or production systems (preferred)

• Authority to influence shop standards
