Quality Assurance Supervisor, 1st Shift - Exmark

You’ll join a team that has fun working together and learning from one another as you solve problems together.

• Develop and deploy quality processes and standards, maintaining accurate records and process documentation to comply with organizational standards.
• Direct daily activities of the quality inspectors (assembly, receiving, finished goods), interviewing, training, appraising performance, and resolving issues.
• Support receiving, finishing, and weld teams to ensure a reliable supply of conforming components to production to meet build requirements.
• Partner with and advise design engineering, vendors, and suppliers on dimensioning/tolerancing matters as they relate to finished‑goods quality.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology, nondestructive testing, or equivalent technical area of study preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD models and familiarity with design and inspection software (CAD, Polyworks, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SAP transactions related to quality, iBase, and inventory.
• Physical ability to manipulate or feel objects, tools, or controls; requires periods of sitting, standing, walking, and reaching; able to lift up to 25 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 40 lbs; requires close vision.
