Responsibilities

As an OR RN on this travel assignment, you’ll support the perioperative team through all phases of the surgical pathway: preoperative assessment, equipment setup and instrument tracking, sterile technique and instrument handling, patient positioning, intraoperative documentation, and postoperative handoffs. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating colleagues to anticipate needs, manage anesthesia interfaces, ensure patient safety, and minimize infection risks through meticulous adherence to protocols.

Your leadership in patient advocacy, crisis management, and efficient room turnover will directly contribute to improved patient flow and better outcomes. Compensation & Schedule
