Shift Supervisor – CVS Health

As a key leader on the CVS Store Management team, a Shift Supervisor drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

• Manage store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Execute merchandising activities: price merchandise, stock shelves, maintain displays, and reset departments following POGs.

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

$18.50 - $27.50 hourly. This pay range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade.
