Housekeeping and Laundry - Franchise

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and supplies according to brand standards
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobby areas, elevators, and back-of-house spaces
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and closets in a clean and organized manner
• Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other hotel textiles
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and laundry supplies following safety guidelines
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room inspections as needed
• Work closely with front desk and maintenance teams to meet daily room readiness goals

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong time-management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and laundry bins
