Gymnastics Instructor​/Party Host

Life’s too short not to work someplace awesome! If you love kids, enjoy being active, and having a ton of fun, The Little Gym is hiring part‑time and full‑time gymnastics instructors. This role involves teaching parent‑child, pre‑K, and grade‑school classes while helping the director grow the business.

Part‑time instructors:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 3:30 PM–7:45 PM and at least two weekdays per week. Must be available either Saturday or Sunday.

Full‑time instructors:
Additional hours to teach parent‑child, pre‑K, and grade‑school classes.

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Host awesome birthday parties.

• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics, cheerleading, or tumbling helps as well.

• Kids walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
• We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously. The relationships you’ll build here will last a lifetime.
• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.
