• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire)
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
