Mortgage Right is looking for a Branch Pipeline Manager who will work directly with the Branch Manager to process mortgage loan applications. This position will obtain documentation needed by the Processor to get the file submitted to Underwriting for approval to close. In this role you will track and monitor progress on all applications to ensure they are being worked and progress made toward closing.
This position will ensure the quality and quantity of loan documents meets company and regulatory standards and we are looking for someone who is able to handle the pressure and upbeat environment of a busy mortgage company. Must also be able to meet strict deadlines while managing a team of Loan Processors and maintaining a high quality of customer service. Must have exceptional collaboration and customer service skills, be detail oriented and self-motivated.
PrincipalResponsibilities
- Managing loan pipeline to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met.
- Assessing and completing customer expectations for their loan experience by following mortgage regulations and providing superior customer service.
- Remain well‑versed in market trends, home loan products and the mortgage process to ensure the team or Loan Processors have necessary resources to complete their job duties.
- Interact with upper management regarding organizational objectives and aid in seeking solutions.
- Research solutions to problems and provide insight regarding loan processing, documentation, and compliance.
- Provides guidance and support to upper management in the mortgage loan process.
- Represent the TJC Mortgage, Inc. brand by demonstrating unparalleled customer service with a professional demeanor and encourage Loan Processing Team to do the same.
- 3+ years of continuous retail Mortgage Processing experience and a proven track record of leadership as a Loan Processor.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a NMLS license.
- Post TRID knowledge.
- Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA underwriting guidelines.
- Experience working with a mortgage lender.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience using Encompass LOS.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
