HDA is searching for both day and night hospitalists to complement their growing team. Schedule:

7 on/7 off schedule with 10-12 hour shifts. Workload:
Manage patient panels of 14-16 patients per shift. Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary for the first 2 years, transitioning to productivity-based compensation thereafter. Benefits:

Opportunity to precept Internal Medicine residents, closed ICU environment (no ICU responsibilities), and no procedures required. Nocturnist:

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, typically 4 on/3 off with 12 hour shifts. Workload:
Manage admissions, averaging 6-8 patients per shift. Compensation & Benefits:
