Description:

Unit  Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
** Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated *
* ** Fingernail policy:
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract

Adults and geriatrics, occasional peds, All-Majority of Census is Swing bed needing Iv abx, therapy or wound care. Medical patients vary :
Diabetic, pancreatitis, pneumonia, etc

- Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?:
Yes- 1:8
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): ,  // Self scheduling with manager approving
- Weekend Requirements:
At least every 3rd, at times every other
- Holiday Requirements:
Rotation per unit needs
- Floating Requirements:
Can float to ED to be back up help if volumes surg
- Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs Provided?:

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
