Duties
* determines training needs/sources and the plans necessary to prepare and present the training.
* coordinates training activities with local and remote superiors to promote the establishment of training programs and meet training needs.
* implements and administers training programs to soldiers via demonstration, panel discussion, and classroom methods.
* develops course outlines, lesson plans, lectures, bibliographies, visual aids, exams, and other similar instructional materials.
* arranges for mobile training teams as needed.
* consults with management officials to ascertain desired performance outcomes and training needs of various organizations.
* serves as instructor in assigned subject matter areas.
* organizes, prepares, and presents instruction pertinent to technical signal, cyber, and electronic warfare military specialties. Requirements conditions of employment

* three year trial/probationary period may be required.
* position requires a secret clearance.
* temporary duty (tdy) business travel is required approximately 10 percent of the time.
* this is a cyber term position scheduled to last 3 years. A cyber term appointment may be extended to a maximum of five years depending upon the needs of management. Qualifications cyber excepted service positions are not subject to the two-page resume limit. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by
1) facilitating training to team members and stakeholders, to ensure work methods, and training meets desired performance outcomes.
2) utilizing the addie (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) model determine the effectiveness of instructional programs in meeting organizational objectives.
3) performing instruction in technical subject areas that includes experience with tactical radios, satellite communication systems, information technology, and communication networks within u.s. Army signal, cyber, or electronic warfare and
4) providing justifications to validate program resources for budget requirements by managing class scheduling and materials additional information
