Aero Logic is a modern cargo airline based at Leipzig/Halle Airport. Founded in 2008 as a joint venture of Lufthansa Cargo and DHL Express, it operates a fleet of 26 Boeing 777F aircraft, primarily flying to destinations in Asia, the Middle East, and the USA. The airline offers daily flights to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Shanghai, Chicago, Tokyo, and other locations.

For the Network Coordination & Legal department, Aero Logic is seeking a (Senior) Expert Legal / Legal Counsel (m/f/x).

Start date: Immediately

Location: Leipzig/Halle Airport

• Provide legal advice to departments, especially in purchasing, IT, and technical services
• Draft, negotiate, and review international agreements related to civil law matters
• Assess liabilities, legal restrictions, and risks of commercial agreements; develop practical solutions
• Manage external legal advisors
• Monitor legislation and case law affecting international operations
• Promote awareness of internal policies and procedures
• Advise on legal matters, including data protection

• Master of Laws or equivalent law degree
• At least three years of relevant experience in commercial law, preferably in-house within an international setting
• Interest in innovation, technology, and aviation
• Strong analytical and communication skills in complex legal matters
• Ability to balance legal principles with business needs
• Willingness to expand legal expertise across jurisdictions
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
