International Import​/Export Specialist

We are seeking an International Air Import / Export Specialist to join our dedicated Logistics Division. In this essential role, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage all shipment‑specific import and export processing for critical goods, and provide timely communication of order updates. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service.

• Plan specialized logistics shipments in coordination with clients’ unique requirements.
• Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of service and productivity within the team.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of internal enterprise systems and logistics management platforms, particularly:
  • All customer service‑related functions within the tracking and management system.
  • The dedicated email program to include client email and contact group information updates.
• Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by the local management team.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities at the request of the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers.
• Ensure compliance with all required industry training certifications.
• Two shifts:
  Afternoon and Overnight Hours

• Background in air import and export.
• Four-year Bachelor’s degree is nice to have but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Tech‑savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Willingness to work the evening shift.
