Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Chicago Area for a Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include understanding clients’ needs, presenting customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, and Building Long-Term Client Partnerships
  • Skilled in Communication, Persuasion, and Strategic Thinking
  • Familiarity with the business solutions/services sector, including Managed IT Services or similar industries
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced and competitive environment
