This is a Business Development Leader role focused on driving new revenue growth across the Midwest by building relationships with manufacturing customers and leading consultative sales conversations with engineers and procurement teams. You’ll own territory expansion, convert early opportunities into long-term programs, and partner closely with leadership — serving as a key commercial voice in the company’s next phase of growth.

Candidates must reside within the Greater Chicago area or nearby markets (e.g., Kenosha, Racine, Rockford, southern Milwaukee) and be able to travel to the North Shore office 1–2 days per week.
Requirements- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience + success generating net-new business
- Metal stamping, machining, plating, or machine tool experience
- Experience selling into industrial or manufacturing environments
- Technical or engineering background preferred
- Ability to operate independently through long, complex sales cycles
- Technical aptitude and comfort engaging engineers and operations leaders
