Customer Sales Representative – Entry Level (Chicago, IL)

We’re looking for a motivated Entry Level Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team in Chicago. This role focuses on new business development: cold calling, quoting freight, and building long term customer relationships.

No logistics experience required

Recent graduates, graduate students, and individuals with sales or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Prospect and develop new accounts (target: 80+ outbound calls per day)
• Build relationships with OTR shippers and customers across different industries
• Learn freight pricing and market dynamics
• Collaborate with Operations and Management to ensure smooth onboarding

• Strong communication skills and competitive mindset
• Coachable and motivated to grow in sales
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience in any industry welcome (retail, hospitality, bartending, etc.)
