As a Senior Technical Trainer dedicated to creating a positive impact, you will lead engaging training programs focused on the installation, service, and application of LG air conditioning systems. Working closely with our Lead Trainers and across multiple locations—including GA, NJ, MA, and TX—you will shape the future of HVAC excellence.

You’ll design and deliver practical, impactful training sessions—covering safety, installation, maintenance, and repair—empowering technicians to succeed. Your evaluations will help trainees grow, and your expertise will ensure they’re ready to confidently serve customers.

You’ll manage the operations of our Schaumburg, IL Training Academy, maintaining a welcoming environment where learning thrives. Your leadership will ensure our facility, equipment, and resources are at their best—so everyone can enjoy a seamless, positive training experience.

• Vocational Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
