Workday Financials Manager

Workday Financials Manager - $225,000 + 20% Bonus - Hybrid in Florida, Illinois or New York

We're partnered with a highly successful global organization who are seeking a Workday Financials Manager to join their team.

You will serve as the primary owner of Workday Financials, and this role will combine system configuration with people management, making it a brilliant opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and configuring optimization and enhancement projects across General Ledger, Expenses, Asset Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Partnering with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and advise on best practices
• Managing bi-annual releases and implementing new functionality
• Building and enhancing Workday Financials Reports, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports
• You will lead and develop a small team of Workday professionals

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of Workday Financials configuration experience
• A minimum of 1 year of people management experience
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions
