Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to engage with clients, providing technical expertise to drive product adoption, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the success of our solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, offering tailored technical solutions, and acting as a bridge between the sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to define and understand customer needs.

• Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and POCs (Proof of Concept).

• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and integration strategies.

• Provide subject matter expertise in sales discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.

• Assist in closing deals by addressing technical concerns and overcoming objections.

• Gather customer feedback and work with product and engineering teams to help refine offerings.

• Lead complex technical discussions with customers, ensuring the best solution is implemented.

• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, such as product specifications and solution blueprints.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales engineers.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, with a proven track record of success.

• Knowledge of industrial capital equipment and it's sale cycle.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in designing and delivering technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Ability to thrive in a customer-facing, high-pressure sales environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).

• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
