Job Description:

The Office Manager serves as the first point of contact for the office and plays a critical role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This position supports meeting coordination, office management, and administrative functions while partnering closely with leadership and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary front desk contact, greeting visitors and managing a high volume of incoming calls
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room scheduling, catering, and technology needs
  • Manage conference room calendars and daily meeting activity
  • Support planning and execution of office events, leadership meetings, and holiday activities
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination, and general office organization
  • Submit purchase orders, assist with expense reporting, and prepare basic reports
  • Sort and distribute mail and support HR with onboarding logistics
  • Communicate office updates, meeting details, and event information to employees

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of office management or related administrative experience
  • Proven experience coordinating meetings and conferences in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
