- € 3.000 - € 4.500 gross per month (depending on experience)

Within Mammoet's Europe Finance department, we are looking for an Asset Coordinator
. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our assets (large cranes, modular trailers, specialized lifting equipment, and other company resources used on our international projects) from a reporting perspective. You ensure that these assets are recorded accurately from a financial standpoint and are transparent for Finance and Management. You maintain an overview, validate data, and provide management with insights.
In short, this role is one with direct impact on our business! It's more than just numbers - your reporting will directly impact the decisions that are made regarding Mammoet's assets. Therefore affinity with our equipment and understanding its role in projects is essential to succeed in this position.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGYou will manage and report on company assets and project-related equipment from a financial and administrative perspective by:
- Determining (internal) pricing of assets for projects based on utilization and relevant costs;
- Monitoring the investment agenda and related expenses;
- Preparing investment requests in collaboration with the Business Control Manager;
- Coordinating and executing administrative and financial asset registration according to established procedures;
- Ensuring accurate recording of assets in financial systems and related documentation;
- Preparing and maintaining periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyses on assets (e.g., value, status, depreciation, utilization);
- Acting as the first point of contact for Finance and other stakeholders regarding asset data and reports;
- Coordinating tasks and information with involved colleagues and departments;
- Safeguarding data quality and progress within asset administration;
- Initiating and implementing process improvements within asset management and reporting.
- A completed associate degree, vocational level 4 (mbo-4) or bachelor's degree (hbo), preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related administrative field;
- Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, financial, or coordinating role;
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel);
- Experience with SAP or a similar financial system is a strong plus;
- Ability to work independently, structured, and accurately, even with non-standard tasks;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights;
- Professional and effective communication with various stakeholders, including in an international context;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
