• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, opening and closing the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
