Position Status: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Position Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Care Associate II to support regional and national chain accounts in a fast‑paced call center environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, account support, CRM systems, and call center operations who thrive in collaborative, team‑driven settings. This position is onsite in Schertz, TX (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with hybrid flexibility available after training.

The Customer Care Associate II will manage inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries while supporting key chain accounts. You will utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce), order processing systems, and Microsoft Office tools to resolve operational inquiries, support sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, email, web inquiries) in a high‑volume call center environment
  • Support regional and national chain accounts with operational inquiries and account updates
  • Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to document customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Enterprise Business Services to resolve account‑related matters
  • Prepare account reporting, track trends, and assist with sales presentations and documentation
  • Identify and escalate issues while coordinating timely resolution
  • Triage non‑chain inquiries to appropriate internal departments (AP, AR, Sales, etc.)
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of reporting tools and order processing systems
  • Participate in customer meetings and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
Required Skills / Education
  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center, customer care, or account support role
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – written and verbal communication preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, internet‑based phone systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage simultaneous calls, emails, and web inquiries
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in basic math, reporting, and data interpretation
