Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently

* Maintain and stock kitchen stations

* Keep the kitchen clean and orderly

* Stay updated on new products

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Back of House Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:

* Able to lift 50 pounds

* Consistent, reliable, and customer service oriented

* Detail-oriented and able to multitask
