* Smile and create emotional connections with guests

* Operate cash registers and serve orders with speed and accuracy

* Maintain a clean and productive workstation

* Communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Front of House Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:

* Able to lift 50 pounds

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Willingness to work flexible schedules and stand for long periods
