Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor and report suspicious behavior, theft indicators, disturbances, and/or hazards, completing clear written reports and following post orders.;
Support access control and loss prevention efforts by observing deliveries and vendor activity, assisting with crowd control during busy periods, and/or directing guests to appropriate resources.
