Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Directing, developing and managing store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximize sales and gross profits;
Supervises 100-150 team members in the store;
Interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work;
Maintains great store conditions per company standard every day, including compliance with sanitation and safety standards;
Maximizes store profits and productivity and payroll goals in each department
