Hannaford - 1400 Altamont Ave [Kitchen Staff / Pastry Cook] As a Baker at Hannaford, you'll:
Prepare products for baking per standard practice which includes setting, proofing, thawing, cutting, baking, and cooling;
Develop product knowledge in all areas of Bakery Department, including rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, platters, etc;
Identify quality opportunities and make adjustments to help maintain a quality bake image.
