What You'll Do:
* Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
* Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
* Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
* Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
* Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
Who You Are
Required:
* CDA, associate degree or a bachelor's degree in early childhood education.
* At least two (2) years of experience.
* Documented experience working with children, references are required.
* Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.
Preferred
* CDA or ECE Degree Preferred
* Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
* Bilingual or experience with special education.
* Leadership or mentor experience.
