• Haul 75% non-hazardous freight in tanker trailers.
• Get home for three days every other weekend.

Average Pay: $980–$1,490 weekly

Home Time: Every other week

Experience: All CDL holders

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Earn up to $0.03 more per mile by obtaining additional CDL certifications.
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker and Haz Mat endorsements required at time of hire.
• TWIC card preferred — required to start the process within 60 days of hire.
• Live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN or 150 miles of Chicago, IL.
