Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Schaumburg, IL
. This role requires an experienced technical leader capable of guiding architecture and execution.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery across onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and business expectations.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding solution design, reviewing architecture decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure implementations on AWS.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements, present solutions, and manage technical discussions and expectations.
- Oversee API design, cloud integration patterns, and overall solution architecture to ensure robust and maintainable systems.
- Drive delivery ownership by coordinating with cross‑functional teams, resolving technical blockers, and ensuring timely, high‑quality releases.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, architecture, or enterprise application development.
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end technical delivery and solution architecture, including leadership of onshore/offshore models and customer‑facing delivery ownership.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS cloud architecture, API design, and code review leadership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable technical solutions.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
