Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Java Architect / Technical Lead with 8+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native microservices using modern architectures and best practices. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure high-quality code, optimize performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Lead technical design decisions and mentor team members
- Build and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards
- Optimize application performance, scalability, cost, and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and improve customer satisfaction
- Follow project timelines, compliance requirements, and FAST goals
