Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in our Schaumburg, IL office. As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. You will develop and manage sales strategies, conduct sales activities to meet targets, and participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your expertise in insurance products and services.

The role also focuses on ensuring compliance with company standards and achieving business objectives through proactive client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging and assisting clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets while driving business growth.
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members or new hires, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and maintaining attention to detail to ensure excellent client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
