We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and manage key client relationships. This role is focused on field-based selling, prospecting, and closing opportunities within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Meet with clients on-site to assess needs and present solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
