Commercial Lines Account Manager – ONSITE

Location: Schaumburg, IL
Job SummarySeeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Small Commercial Account Manager. This role involves managing a variety of responsibilities, including renewals, invoicing, policy changes, and client communications.
Compensation Package- Competitive salary range: $68,000 – $78,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Manage 15–20 renewals per month, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Handle invoicing and premium financing for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
- Issue certificates of insurance on a daily basis
- Process bonds on a daily or weekly basis
- Make changes to policies as required on a daily basis
- Conduct weekly audit reviews of client policies when necessary
- Perform policy reviews and ensure compliance with client needs
- Utilize online rating and quoting tools with carriers
- Provide exceptional service to small commercial accounts across a variety of industries
- Proficiency in TAM software or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
- Experience working with small commercial accounts in industries such as contractors, real estate, auto service, hospitality, and retail
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is highly desirable
