Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Small Commercial Account Manager. This role involves managing a variety of responsibilities, including renewals, invoicing, policy changes, and client communications.

• Competitive salary range: $68,000 – $78,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Manage 15–20 renewals per month, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Handle invoicing and premium financing for clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
• Issue certificates of insurance on a daily basis
• Process bonds on a daily or weekly basis
• Make changes to policies as required on a daily basis
• Conduct weekly audit reviews of client policies when necessary
• Perform policy reviews and ensure compliance with client needs
• Utilize online rating and quoting tools with carriers
• Provide exceptional service to small commercial accounts across a variety of industries

• Proficiency in TAM software or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
• Experience working with small commercial accounts in industries such as contractors, real estate, auto service, hospitality, and retail
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is highly desirable
