What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities- Use your knowledge of Car Max inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Guide customers through the entire process, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
- Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail.
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
- High self‑motivation.
Car Max Associates are entitled to paid sick, vacation, and holiday time. Full‑time hourly or commissioned associates earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year and 80‑200 hours of vacation time after a 90‑day waiting period. Additional benefits and details available on the Car Max Benefits website.
