LHH Recruitment Solutions, the world’s leading HR Solutions provider is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our northern suburban territory by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs and promoting our services to meet those needs effectively.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Schaumburg. This is a hybrid role with an emphasis on meeting prospective clients in person. This is a role to be out in the community meeting with and learning your territory. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. As a Sales Executive, you will have control over your paycheck and the clients you target, allowing you to unleash your entrepreneurial spirit and drive your own success.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and in person meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 - $75,000+ commission dependent on experience. There is flexibility based on experience. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
