Retail Sales and Brand Representative

• Connect with customers on the sales floor and guide them through mobile devices, wireless plans, and accessories
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Demonstrate products confidently, highlighting key features and benefits
• Work toward meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory management of devices and accessories
• Stay up to date on the latest mobile technology, plans, and promotions
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to maintain a positive, high-energy environment

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about new products and services
