Key Holder

Role:
Key Holder - Woodfield Mall (on-site)

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $18.50/hr

Join Psycho Bunny, the rebellious refined clothing brand, as a Key Holder. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role strategically supports sales culture within a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. Ensure consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers  phone numbers and email addresses.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
• Maintain own and Store Team Members  level of Product Knowledge and communicate it to customers.
• Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a profitable location while upholding high service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Manage and monitor Loss Prevention and oversee Inventory and Shrink goals, including Physical Inventory.
• Directly responsible for merchandise execution and processing (Transfers).
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure execution and maintenance of Visual Directives and the Store s visual presentation to Psycho Bunny standards.
• Execute OSHA requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all store team members and customers.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.

• 1-year minimum retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
