Alliance Dealer Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual to serve as a Site Leader for our dealership partner. As a Site Leader, you will oversee the service and sales porters and ensure the smooth operation of the service department. Your leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication will be key to the dealership's success.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the service and sales porter team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to dealership standards.
- Oversee vehicle preparation upon customer arrival, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely service.
- Safely move vehicles to designated locations, record their locations, and store keys properly.
- Greet and assist all customers with a friendly attitude.
- Log all vehicle movement requests accurately.
- Maintain steady traffic flow on the service drive, using cones for lane closures if needed.
- Monitor porter return times to ensure quick vehicle pickup experiences.
- Assign duties such as sweeping, trash pickup, and maintaining the service drive.
- Rotate lunch breaks to keep the service drive properly staffed.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness and readiness for customer pickup.
- Implement best practices for vehicle preparation and presentation to improve efficiency and quality.
- Perform other duties as needed for smooth department operations.
- Use eye contact and smiles when interacting with others.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with team and clients.
- Maintain professionalism and organization in your tasks.
- Contribute to claim prevention efforts by building team knowledge.
