Registered Nurses; RN Shift

Briarwood Rehab at Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full time. This position offers a consistent 12-hour day shift schedule, providing stability and work-life balance.

12-Hour Set Schedule | Days 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Block A / Block B Set Schedule

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Provide education and support to residents and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in care planning
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Support unit management and assume charge duties as assigned

• Active State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current CPR Certification
• Long-term care or rehab experience preferred
