This role offers the chance to shape how our brand is seen in the market, work closely with leadership and sales, and build marketing programs that reflect the craftsmanship and ingenuity happening on the shop floor every day. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats—balancing strategy with execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute marketing communications strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
  • Own brand messaging, positioning, and voice across all platforms
  • Translate technical or industrial offerings into clear, compelling customer‑facing content
Content & Communications
  • Create and manage marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, presentations, case studies, and sales tools
  • Oversee website content, updates, and messaging to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage internal and external communications as needed
Sales Enablement & Demand Support
  • Partner closely with sales to support lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Develop tools and materials to support the sales process and customer conversations
  • Assist with campaign execution and lead nurturing initiatives
Digital & Campaign Management
  • Manage email marketing, digital campaigns, and basic analytics/reporting
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies (as needed) for design, web, or digital support
  • Ensure marketing efforts are tracked and optimized over time
Events & Trade Shows
  • Plan and support trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
  • Coordinate logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up materials
Brand & Market Presence
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform messaging
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing communications (industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technical environments preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
