We’re looking for Industrial Services Technicians to support a state-of-the-art facility, delivering high-level maintenance and repair of ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC, steam boilers, glycol systems, and more. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Monitor, adjust, and log ammonia refrigeration pressures and temperatures
  • Maintain and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, vessels, and associated piping
  • Service glycol systems, boilers, HVAC units, and condensate drains
  • Follow and complete work orders
  • Suggest process improvements and cost-saving solutions
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED or trade school equivalent
  • 2 years of refrigeration trade schooling preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing
  • Ability to read pressure temperature charts and use multimeters & refrigeration gauges
  • EPA refrigerant certification required
  • Food manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working overtime or irregular hours as needed
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus
