As an Engineer Lead you’ll be responsible for:

• Handle advanced repair projects and lead shifts of engineers
• Oversee daily operations of building systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance rounds
• Ensure safety protocols and Marriott brand compliance
• Help on board and train new team members

• 3+ years engineering/maintenance experience
• Proven ability to take lead on repairs
• High attention to safety and equipment standards
• Ability to work independently or lead a small team
• Availability for varied shifts
