Position Overview

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Intern will support the website team by maintaining and enhancing our digital experiences, evaluating emerging AI tools, and helping identify operational efficiencies within workflows. This 100% in-office role is based at our Schaumburg, IL location; remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. You will work hands‑on in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), assess AI tools across our world‑class technology stack, conduct external benchmarking, and design and implement improved processes, documenting operational gains.

Responsibilities
  • Update, maintain, optimize, and publish content and assets on the company website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Research and evaluate AI tools available to the web team, including their capabilities and limitations.
  • Build recommendations for how AI can integrate into existing web team processes in a practical and measurable way that enhances quality and/or accelerates team workflows.
  • Conduct external benchmarking to analyze how competitors are using AI in marketing, digital experiences, and operational workflows, and identify industry-wide adoption trends to document best practices we may adopt.
  • Quantify potential gains of AI‑enabled processes (time savings, reduced effort, cost efficiency, increased capacity) and summarize insights into clear reports or visual dashboards.
  • Utilize AI to create playbooks and standard operating procedures for publishing content within templates and common experience fragments.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, and a minor in Marketing or a related field.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, or experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and quantify improvements (e.g., time saved, reduced steps, automation potential).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and recommendations.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working within digital content systems or technical platforms.
Preferred Skills
  • Tech‑savvy, with strong curiosity and comfort working with new tools, especially ones with integrated AI.
  • Interest in AI implementation in marketing, customer experience, and digital content workflows.
  • Ability to map processes and identify automation or optimization opportunities.
