About Our Summer Intern Program

Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our Product (AI, Frameworks, and Services) team by supporting tasks such as research, data clean‑up or analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support the team’s core functions and projects. You may also undertake special projects as needed.

As a Product Management Intern at ISACA, you'll support the creation and improvement of learning and certification products used by technology, security, and GRC professionals around the world. You’ll work with experienced product managers and cross‑functional teams to help research user needs, analyze competitive trends, and participate in product planning, development, and deliver functional teams to help research user needs, analyze competitive trends, and participate in product planning.

This internship is ideal for students who are curious about technology like data‑driven applications, digital learning products, and the product development lifecycle.

Specifically in this internship, you will:

  • Assist with market research to identify global trends in cybersecurity, risk, audit, governance, or privacy credentialing and career development.
  • Help make sense of customer feedback gathered through surveys, interviews, or usability testing.
  • Support competitive analysis by summarizing product features, pricing, or market opportunities.
  • Help maintain product documentation such as user requirements and roadmaps.
  • Support end‑to‑end user acceptance testing for products in development to assess product performance and usability prior to launch.
  • Help coordinate small tasks across teams to support product launches or improvements.
  • Join team meetings and take notes, track action items, and help with follow‑up.
Qualifications

Required Field of Study

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to:
    Information Systems Management, Product Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) / User Experience (UX), Learning Science / Instructional Design
