IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide IT support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage the IT onboarding and offboarding process regarding new hardware and software updates
- Support IT projects and initiatives as needed, working closely with the IT Manager
- Assist in managing and maintain organizations SharePoint platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, laptops, desktops, etc
- Document tasks at a high level for all issues that arise
- Provide high end customer service to internal employees
Qualifications And Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 Years of experience in the IT field focused on support and operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues
- Experienced working within the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite and using IT service management tools
- Knowledgeable of Networking principles including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, etc
- Basic knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, mobile devices, and conferencing solutions
- Experienced providing high end customer service
