• Design, implement, maintain, and secure our client's Microsoft server and network infrastructure onsite.
• Work cross‑functionally across several clients' enterprises to design and implement large scale solutions.
• Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices.

• Supports both operational and engineering functions at our client sites.
• Troubleshoots and maintains clients' IT infrastructures and network 24/7.
• Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs.
• Works with technicians and engineering groups at both Prescient Solutions and at the client locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required.
• Prepares operational and technical documentation.
• Mentors junior team members.
• Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.

• Technical expertise of Microsoft server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and Azure.
• Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently.
