* Create and manage backlog, roadmap, and vision

* Manage strategic partners and third party suppliers

* Make products orderable, deliverable, and loveable
* Define and support implementation of training, support and deployment requirements
* Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
* Coordinate overall release project and schedule
* Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
* Familiarity with on-premises programming techniques (Virtual Machines, Containers,...)
* Firm understanding of software design & user interaction
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a necessity
* Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
* Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
* Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new projects alongside customer feedback
* Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that can be understood by developers as well as non-technical staff
* Ability to research and analyze product requirements from various stakeholders
* Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.
* Build consensus among stakeholders
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment
* Ability to multi-task among various assignments
* Working knowledge of Motorola or competitive P25 Land Mobile Radio systems.
* MBA or other graduate degree (desired)
* Bachelors Degree (required)
* 5+ years progressive experience in Systems or Development Engineering or in Product Planning/Product Marketing/Product Management desired
